1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 Tbs. Italian seasoning blend

Fill each pasta shell with mixture.  Pour 1/4 of the sauce in 8x12 pan to cover bottom of pan. Place shells in pan.  Pour remaining sauce over the shells.  Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30-40 minutes until shells are tender and heated through.

Where do you find the jumbo pasta shells? I had a recipe that called for them the other day and Rays didn't have them (no surprise) and mom said she can never find them. I ended up using manacotti instead.
