3/4 pound round steak, cut into strips
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 pound broccoli, separated into florets
1-2 cloves crushed garlic
Salt, pepper, oregano to taste.
Place oil and garlic in wok or large skillet. Brown beef, season to taste.
Add mushrooms, green onions and broccoli, cook until broccoli is tender but still crispy.
Serve over rice, rice noodles or chow mein noodles.
