Ingredients:
1-2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts or tenders
1 bottle of Catalina salad dressing
Preparation:
Put thawed chicken in crock pot. Pour bottle of salad dressing over top, enough to cover. Stir around so all sides of chicken are coated.
Cook:
On low 6-8 hours. High 3-4. I used chicken tenders and did high for 3 hours, worked well.
Additional info:
Sauce would go well with rice, pasta, or even mashed potatoes. Next time I am going to throw some carrots in the crockpot as well. Also reheats well the next day! I also might try low-fat or fat-free salad dressing because it was a little oily, but I am not sure how that would affect the flavor. Also, I do not like Catalina salad dressing on salad, but it is very good with this chicken.
