4 c. Flour
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 Tbs. Shortening
1 1/2 c Hot water
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Cut in shortning. Mix in hot water. Kneed for a few minutes on a lightly flowered board until smooth. Divide into eight balls. Roll out as thin as you like. Cook on a hot skillet until.
