Garlic Dill Red Potatoes

8 Medium Red potatoes, cubed
3 Tbs. Olive Oil
1 Tbs. dried dill
2 tsp. granulated garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper


In a small bowl mix together oil, dill garlic and salt

Steam potatoes for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender but not mushy.

Transfer potatoes to serving bowl and pour oil mixture over them.

Toss gently until they are well coated.

Season with pepper to taste.
